Having fun learning After Effects

I feel that one should always be sharpening their skillset. So with that in mind, I decided to educate myself in the wonder that is Adobe AfterEffects. The following are examples of the classwork.

 

 

Dynamic Text Exercise

For this assignment, we were asked to synchronize text in After Effects to a popular song. I chose “The End” by The Doors and attempted to create a moody video that fitted the song.

 

Movie Intro Example

For this assignment, I attempted to recreate an intro to a 60’s spy movie using clip art from Vecteezy.com.

 

BEMA Logo Redesign

While at City College of San Francisco, I offered to redesign the Broadcast Electronic Media Arts (BEMA) department logo. My proposal was to use a wave image to convey both a light and an audio wave transmission.
